Cancellation Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Client Use of Space Policy — Holiday Photo Sessions 1. Space Access Clients may access the venue only during their reserved time slot. Early entry or late departure is not permitted unless pre-approved and may incur additional fees. 2. Bring Your Own Photographer Clients may hire their own photographer. All photographers must operate within their scheduled time and comply with venue rules. 3. Backdrops & Décor The holiday sets and décor provided by the venue may not be moved, altered, or removed without permission. Any damage to décor or furniture will result in repair or replacement charges. 4. Props & Equipment Clients may bring small props. Large items, heavy equipment, or items requiring installation must be approved in advance. Fog machines, glitter, confetti, and loose artificial snow are prohibited. 5. Capacity & Conduct To maintain safety and flow, the maximum number of people per session is ___. All guests must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions. Children must be supervised at all times. 6. Setup & Cleanup Setup and cleanup must occur within the booked time. The space should be left in the same condition in which it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. 7. Liability Clients and photographers assume responsibility for their own equipment, belongings, and personal safety. The venue is not liable for lost items or injuries resulting from misuse of the space. 8. Cancellations & Refunds Sessions are non-refundable unless canceled ___ hours in advance. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled session time. 9. Commercial Use Images taken in the venue may be used for personal or commercial purposes. Tagging the venue on social media is appreciated but not required. 10. Agreement Booking a session indicates acceptance of all venue policies and guidelines.
